How To Change PAN Card Details

Aadhar Card, Voter Identity Card (Voter ID), Arms License, Passport, Driving License (DL), Pension Card With Photograph, Ration Card, Photo ID Card Issued By Any Central / State Government Authority, Any Other Related Supported Document.
How To Apply For New PAN Card
Click on “New PAN Card Registration” tab to fill the online application form. Fill in your PAN card application form online, select your required documents, click on submit, verify your details, and click on the proceed to payment button. Make the one-time payment (no hidden or extra cost).
After successful payment, download and print your pre-filled application form (along with the instruction sheet and blank application form). Paste your photo, sign, attach documents, and post it to the address provided in the instruction sheet. You will receive your PAN card at your address within 30 days.
